About the Role

The

plays a key leadership role within our General Accounting team, overseeing property accounting, treasury operations, payroll, accounts payable, RUS loan administration, and more. This role ensures financial accuracy and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement across accounting processes and systems. As a key strategic partner, you will lead and support a team of supervisors, mentor future leaders, and help guide financial decision-making that supports the cooperative’s mission and growth.

Experience

seven (7) years

of progressive accounting experience.
