ATR is seeking a motivated individual to join our professional tree care team. This is a full time position with year round stability and growth opportunities into a team lead.

You will be working under ISA Certified Arborist & Foresters

What You Can Expect To Do :

- Assisting Arborists with tree removals, pruning and on site cleanup

- Operating chippers, chainsaws, hand tools, excavators and skid steers.

- Driving company vehicles, hauling chippers and trailers, loading material and gear.

- Supporting job site safety and having input when it comes to safety

- Working in all weather conditions

- Equipment maintenance

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience: At least one year working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Team Player: Ability to focus, motivate, and support the team.

- Strength & Endurance: Can lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

- Skills: Experience with ground support operations like rigging, cutting, brush management, and equipment maintenance.

- Safety & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in operating chainsaws, chippers, and other tools, with a commitment to worksite cleanliness and client satisfaction.

- Attitude: Positive, hardworking, open to feedback, and eager to grow.

- Availability: Must be ready for emergency storm response.

- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract (experience with large vehicles is a plus).

- Previous chainsaw experience preferred
