Anodize/Plating Tech

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Anodize, Plating Technician and/or heat treating tech to join our manufacturing team. The Technician will be responsible for the preparation, processing, and finishing of metal parts using anodizing and plating techniques. This role requires a thorough understanding of anodizing and plating processes, quality control, and safety protocols.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Select appropriate racking procedure according to size, shape and number of objects to be processed

- Ability to read machining drawings and calculate surface area of machined parts of different shapes and sizes

- Wire or clip objects to rack or hoist for processing

- Ability to troubleshoot and critically review plating and anodizing processes

- Remove parts from rack or bar after processing

- Heat treating

- Able to work independently

- Sand Blasting Parts

- Quality control of finished parts

- Be very detail oriented

- Efficient and able to work independently

- Ensure proper PPE is worn and safety guidelines are followed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
