Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
Role Summary
Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships. This role focuses on business-to-business (B2B) sales within the metal engine parts sector, working closely with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing, strategic sales, and customer relationship management.
Required Qualifications
•5+ years of B2B sales experience – prior experience in business-to-business sales is essential.
•Metal engine parts industry experience – must have experience in automotive manufacturing, specifically in metal engine components.
•OEM and Tier 1 supplier experience – proven track record working with OEMs and managing key accounts.
•Customer relationship management – strong ability to maintain and grow client accounts.
•Market research & sales strategy – experience analyzing trends and identifying new business opportunities.
•Communication & presentation skills – ability to confidently present and sell products.
•Travel availability (35%) – willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
•Bachelor’s degree – in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite – required for reporting, presentations, and organization.
