Bondhus is seeking a Regional Sales – Account Manager covering the Northern half of the US & Canada. The ideal candidate will:
· Increase Bondhus product sales to Distributors, OEM, and retail accounts
· Generate sales to meet or exceed forecast & achieve balanced territory sales & market shares
· Train & motivate independent rep agencies to assure adequate territory coverage
· Manage & evaluate independent rep agencies & recommend change when needed
· Provide customer feedback to company personnel to enhance customer satisfaction, sales, & company image
· Identify & target significant new market growth opportunities
· Locate, prescreen, & recommend new Importers & Private Label accounts
· Maintain product knowledge (pricing, discounts, application, etc.) & continuously improve sales techniques
· Identify & develop significant new product opportunities
· Complete Annual Marketing Plan in time for implementation in new year
· Enhance company image by building strong, professional public relations
· Attend and provide product information to trade show attendees
· Exhibit professional appearance and business manner during trade show and with all customers

· Skill/knowledge level regarding selling techniques or principles equivalent to 4 year college degree & 3 years’ experience or equivalent
