Job Scope:

Working with customers, office staff and co-workers to properly support daily operations. This includes a variety of administrative duties including, but not limited running reports, Paying customer for materials they bring in. Scheduling material pick up(s) and facilitating communications to enable day-to-day operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

- The ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment is a must.

- Answering phones.

- Meet, greet and pay customers

- Handle miscellaneous office correspondence (e-mail, faxing, mailing, etc.).

- Learn titles for the salvage car verification process

- Maintains files and other information

- Assists, as needed

- Adapt to a fluid environment

- May serve as backup during lunch hour, vacation and illness.

- Performs a variety of other responsibilities as assigned or required.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Preferred candidate will bilingual in English and Spanish. Have 1-3 years of prior administrative responsibilities. Candidate must have skills using Microsoft Office 2010. Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with various levels within the organization. The candidate will be tactful, have excellent cash handling and customer service skills. Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality due to sensitive information.

HOURS:

M-F - 7-4:00

SAT - 8am -12:00pm

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
