As a Bilingual HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in connecting Spanish-speaking hourly candidates with meaningful career opportunities. You’ll collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure a smooth, inclusive, and compliant hiring experience. How You’ll Make an Impact

- Coordinate hiring efforts for Spanish-speaking hourly candidates

- Create and post inclusive job descriptions

- Review resumes and identify qualified applicants

- Schedule and conduct interviews

- Facilitate job offers and onboarding

- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs

- Lead new hire orientation and engagement activities

- Provide HR support to operations leaders and supervisors

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

- 2–5 years of relevant experience

- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience in recruiting and onboarding preferred
