In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

REPORTS TO: Administrative Supervisor
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
•Welcome and greet guests and visitors in courteous and professional manner
•General reception duties (answering phone, mail management, etc.)
•Maintain storage rooms and monitor the utilization of storage spaces
•Organize/tidy common areas
•Maintain and replenish office and kitchen supply inventory
•Responsible for the management of building security, such as the assignment of keys and alarm codes for approved personnel
•Manage security service provider and monitor weekly reports
•Onboarding/offboarding employees
•Update phone listing, floorplans, and order name plates
•Assist with coordinating food/beverage as requested for meetings/training
•Assist with corporate events and team building planning
•Coordinate external communications and office events
•Prepare and reconcile invoices and purchases, reducing duplication of invoicing approvals
•Reconcile monthly Visa and petty cash statements
•Coordinate donation requests for both Tundra and Richardson Foundation
•Assist with monthly reporting schedules
•Prepare non-compliance reports
•Organize and manage physical and digital filing systems
•Provide travel support and office accommodation for visitors
•Provide other administrative support to various departments as assigned by the Administrative Supervisor
•Other duties as assigned/required
WHAT YOU NEED:
•Office Administration education is preferred
•1 – 3 years of related office administrative experience
•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
