ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT :

Pay - $20.18 p/h

- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Proficiency of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

- Team player

Responsibilities:

- Duties include but not limited to filing, spreadsheets, and work orders

- Handles incoming calls

- Responsible for all other duties assigned.

- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
