Your Day-to-Day

- Provide general administrative support for employees.

- Manage calendars for leader and shared office spaces.

- Assist with travel arrangements, reconciliation of expense reports, and onboarding new employees.

- Coordinate office activities and operations such as scheduling meetings, ordering meals and managing office supplies.

- Serve as office liaison for corporate security officer, local cleaning crew, and facilities maintenance team

- Analyze and improve office processes to enhance operational efficiency and support team objectives.

- Greet visitors and handle/disseminate correspondence on occasion.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

- Minimum High School diploma / Equivalent.

- Minimum 1-2 years experience

- Skilled in use of personal computer and Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Experience with SAP and Concur is preferred.
