Receptionist provides administrative support by answers and forwards telephone calls, takes messages, schedules appointments, and greets and directs visitors arriving at the office to the appropriate person or service. Employee performs general office clerical duties according to established procedures.
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Minimum Two (2) Years Related Experience Preferred
- Knowledge of Cisco IP Phone System, A Plus
- Must be bilingual (English/French)
- Personable, outgoing communication skills to converse with diverse groups of people
- Dependability to be consistently at work and on time
- Working knowledge of general office administrative and clerical procedures with customer service orientation
- Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing work demands
- Working knowledge of computers with good keyboarding skills
- Grooming aptitude with professional personal presentation to greet visitors/clients
- “Team” mentality with ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Close visual acuity, near/far vision, and upper limb coordination
- Ability to sit for extended periods during normal phase duties
- Light/medium (5-20 lbs.) lifting capability during normal phase duties
