The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the daily office operations in our Greenville location and providing administrative support to key leaders. This individual will be responsible for managing supplies, coordinating events, tasks, and assisting as needed.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including calendar arrangement and preparing materials for meetings
- Handle mail and packages ensuring proper distribution
- Maintain a tidy, clean, organized, and vivacious office environment
- Answer and transfer phone calls, preparing documents and data entry
- Serve as a liaison between property management and TritenIAG for office related questions
- Assist sparingly with travel booking and coordination
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks in platforms and system as necessary
- Plan and oversee office activities, luncheons, or happy hours ensuring logistics are handled efficiently
- Maintains IT room, printers/copiers, and manage internet service – with support from IT Houston
- Perform other duties as assigned
