The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department. This role involves coordinating communications, maintaining records, and assisting with reports and scheduling needs. The position requires a dependable individual who is organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage priorities with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and management team
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and office documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
- Answer and route phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed
- Assist with data entry, document tracking, and basic reporting
- Support other team members with routine administrative tasks and projects
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information- 2+ years of administrative or office experience required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Professional demeanor and ability to work independently or as part of a team
