This is a contract role through Magnit for an American energy company based in Saginaw, MI. This position is working onsite.

Duties

- Responsible for providing administrative support within Business Operations for multiple Gas Distribution Scheduling locations.

The Administrative Assistant may be working in these areas:

- Gas Distribution scheduling support, Manager support or special projects

- Purchase card reconciliation for truck permitting. MDOT permit processing.

- Processing of Gas Distribution site checks. Processing permit requests for various municipalities.

- Submission of Miss Dig Tickets.

- Verbal and written customer communication / coordination for Gas Distribution work.

- Other similar or related duties

- Must be able to interface and work with teams with diverse disciplines, understand their administrative needs and requirements.

- Must be willing and able to rely on Policies, Procedures, Job Aids and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the position.

- The successful candidate will possess good computer skills, including the aptitude and ability to learn and use one or more versions of specialized software.

- We are willing to train the skilled candidate on the job.

Experience:

- SAP Front/Back Office Plotter operation Scanner operation

- Experience Required: 0 to 1 year's work experience, this is an entry level position.

- Experience Preferred: Some work experience in an administrative or clerical role

- Experience with SAP would be an asset

- Strong customer service background

- Education Required: High School degree or equivalent

- Education Preferred: Some college

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $16-$20/ per hour
