Froling Energy is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Support & Administrative Specialist to assist our Executive and Finance teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and working with a variety of software tools. - Provide administrative and operational support to the Executive Team.
- Prepare, organize, and submit project submittal paperwork and documentation.
- Work closely with Zoho Customer Relations to help improve company adoption and optimization of Zoho applications (CRM, Inventory, Projects, Desk, etc.).
- Maintain and create Excel spreadsheets, reports, and tracking tools.
- Support the Finance Team with data entry, reconciliations, and light financial tasks.
- Assist with internal process documentation and workflow improvements.
- Coordinate information between departments and help ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform general administrative functions as needed.
- Strong proficiency with software platforms, including Zoho products and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting executives or cross-departmental teams preferred.
- Background or coursework in finance is a plus.
