Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management: Support a process management approach to meeting objectives for safety, cost, quality, and energy. Provide leadership and facilitation for cross-functional process improvement – ensuring a systematic approach is followed
- Relationships: Build relationships with those you support by becoming a valued resource and leader of processes improvement. Mentor and train others in continuous improvement roles to build local and regional resource capability
- Learning: Keep current on innovative process improvement practices and personal development. Recognize best practices and achievements, promoting organizational learning

- Outcome & Action Oriented: Assists colleagues to effectively plan their actions including appropriate support, resourcing and contingencies; Works effectively with resistance to change; Draws on a range of diverse techniques and methods to facilitate achievement of outcomes
- Building Relationships: Skillfully builds and maintains relationships with CI Leaders and Managers throughout the organization; Uses language that the colleague can relate to; develops trust through keeping commitments and being non-judgmental
- Listening: attentive and active listening; has the patience to hear people out; can accurately restate the opinions of others even when he/she disagrees.
- Creativity: Comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas; easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions; is original and value-added in brainstorming settings.
- Adaptability: Capable of walking in to a many different scenarios, and proactively meeting that team in the middle to support, grow their operations for the better.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or experience leading teams through change, and driving results through development, implementation, and ongoing coaching of Lean practices
- Experience leading lean practices in job shop to high volume flow operations
- Passionate about using and coaching data driven problem solving, understanding of basic statistics
- Project management experience is beneficial, but not required
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
