Responsibilities:

•

Performs general clerical duties, such as answering telephones and giving information to callers, taking messages, or transferring calls to appropriate individuals.

•

Operate office equipment, distribute incoming mail and other materials.

•

Provide logistics support and coordinate various activities for general operation of the facility.

•

Communicates with Plant Manager and Leads daily to coordinate shipping, operational and administrative requirements.

•

Assists with the completion of required HR documents, coordinates and participates in training activities, and acts as a resource for employees and plant leadership.

•

As required, performs miscellaneous other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

•

High School diploma (or equivalent) required, Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

•

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a secretarial, clerical or administrative assistant position required.

•

Strong general office work skills including computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to quickly learn and utilize Company software programs.

•

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

•

Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally.

•

Reliable with excellent attendance.

•

Ability to handle complex information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of all company information.

•

Bilingual with the ability to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently is a plus.
