Accounts Payable Administrator + Receptionist
Job Description
•It is your responsibility to support the corporate objectives through your work and actions, good example, leadership, coaching, and teaching to meet these objectives. Assure coordinated efforts that will result in the optimum operating efficiency, reduce fabrication costs, support profits, performance to schedule, help planning and growth.
Responsibilities of the AP Administrator
•Accounts Payable: Validate and enter detailed invoice data, scan invoices and organize digital copies
•Cash Disbursements: Weekly check runs, ACH payments, expense reimbursements.
•Office Supplies: Maintaining stock of all office supplies. Ordering supplies as needed.
•Telephones: Answering incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner.
•Visitors: Greet incoming guests. Provide service to make their experience with Boardman pleasant.
•Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation
•Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the AP Administrator
•2+ years of AP experience
•Manufacturing AP experience preferred
•Experience with ERP systems
