Accounts Payable Representative

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes and experience using QuickBooks. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure all transactions are properly recorded and verified.

Responsibilities

- Process and record all accounts payable transactions accurately and timely.

- Verify receipt of goods and services and match packing slips to corresponding invoices.

- Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and statements.

- Ensure payments are processed according to company policies and vendor terms.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable activity.

- Assist with resolving discrepancies or issues with vendors.

- Assist with month-end close by ensuring that all vendor invoices are received and all credit card charges have supporting documentation.

- Support general accounting functions as needed.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in Accounts Payable is required.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Experience with EstiTrack and/or MISys is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- On-site position

- Part Time, approximately 24 hours/week.

- Pay rate based on experience
