Summary/Objective
The Account Manager will be accountable for overseeing all crew members on local job sites. The Account Manager is responsible for proactively managing and retaining relationships with new and existing customers, promoting all service lines performed by USA Debusk LLC (USAD). The Account Manager will ensure work scope is performed safely and completed in a satisfactory manner in accordance with USAD and customer standards.
Responsibilities•Follow and promote USAD Safety Standards.
•Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with local customers at plant level.
•Oversee and mentor crew leaders and members, work a flexible schedule, extended work hours associated with overnight and extended travel.
•Must be willing to work in industrial environments and adverse weather conditions.
•Present, promote and sell all service lines to existing prospective customers.
•Visit customer sites on a regular basis which will require a significant amount of travel.
•Ensure purchase orders are acquired before work begins.
•Verify work tickets are complete and coincide with purchase orders.
•Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
•Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
•Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
•Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
•Continuously improve through feedback, follow up with management on any employee, client, or work issues.
•Knowledge of the local industry, safety, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
•High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a related industry, experience in sales a plus.
•Interpersonal communication, written and oral presentation skills.
•Professional presentation, is confident in ability to promote service lines and manage work.
•Organizational skills—able to prioritize responsibilities.
•Sound decision making, dependability, strong leadership and coaching skills and active listening skills, team, and interpersonal skills.
•Microsoft Office Suites computer skills.

•Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Physical Requirements
•Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, bend, climb, walk and stand for long periods of time.
•Work around chemicals, including acids and bases, work around hydrocarbons under high pressure and heat.
•Climb ladders and stairs up to 170 feet in height.
•Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment according to company policy (such as steel-toe shoes, ear, and eye protection, hard hat, H2S monitor, respirator/face mask).
•Refinery Operates 24/7/365 Management staff are required to respond to emergencies.
•Work extended hours which may include evenings, inclement weather, weekends, and holidays.
