This role is suited for someone who thrives in non-traditional, rugged environments and knows how to get the best out of a large team.

? 710 years of management experience (housekeeping, hospitality, or related fields)

? Proven leadership with large teams (preferably 30+ employees)

? Strong organizational and communication skills
