Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oil and Gas Materials/Inspection/DC Manager who is knowledgeable in this position, and willing to work 50 hours + a week, as well as be willing to travel to Colorado for the same duties.
Duties
•
Oversee materials management, including procurement, inventory control, and supplier management.
•
Implement demand planning strategies to align production with market needs.
•
Utilize lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate equipment and systems necessary for production.
•
Monitor supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
•
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and improve service levels.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards across all operations.
•
Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast needs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in oil and gas operations management or a similar role.
•
Strong knowledge of supply chain management practices, including demand planning and inventory control.
•
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
•
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
•
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
