Oil & Gas Field-Vacuum Truck Dispatcher

Premier Tank Truck Service is looking for an experienced dispatcher to coordinate logistics and maintain logs for our operations in the oil patch surrounding Karnes City, Texas. PTT operates in 2 shale locations throughout Texas. Benefits offered after 60 days. Overtime is available. MUST HAVE GREAT COMPUTER SKILLS

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate status updates for drivers and trucks at all times

Collect timesheets and tickets from drivers

Handles phone calls from customers in a professional manner

Respond promptly to all incoming emails

Issues timesheets and ticket books as needed

Requirements:

2 years of experience as an oil field dispatcher or logistics operations

Must have experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Must have a professional demeanor and be able to work in a team environment
