Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Manager to oversee and enhance our commercial cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of the custodial industry, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service while managing a team of cleaning professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across all commercial properties.

Manage daily operations of the cleaning team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

•

Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for all operations.

•

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.

•

Prepare reports on operational performance, including efficiency metrics and client satisfaction levels.

•

Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial management is preferred.

•

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.

•

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

•

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management at all levels.

•

Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and best practices in the custodial industry is a plus.
