Yardperson EPG

Description

Objective:

A Yardperson serves as the first point of contact for customers, greeting them upon arrival and addressing any needs or concerns they have regarding EPG rental equipment. A Yardperson also has the responsibility of moving of all EPG Rental equipment in the yard including loading and unloading.

- Load and unload equipment on trailers or attach to customers’ vehicles

- Provide brief operational overview of equipment to customers as needed

- Complete shipping and receiving reports

- Perform receiving inspections

- Basic machine maintenance (i.e., check & change oil, filter change, etc.)

- Gathering and properly storing cabling

- Keep equipment clean and organized in the yard

Qualifications:

- Basic mechanical aptitude

- Basic knowledge and experience with generators preferred

- Strong sense of responsibility

- Strong communication skills and excellent customer support experience

- The ability to work overtime and weekends
