About Houston

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

By bringing many global functional groups together, the campus provides employees with the tools and capabilities needed today, and in the future, to achieve business objectives and accelerate the discovery of new resources, technologies and products. What role you will play in our team

- Work across organizations to drive an integrated view of changes and impacts..

- Enhance near-term enterprise visibility into cash and liquidity.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to combine receivables, payables, and cash management

About you

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field;

- 7+ years of relevant experience in working capital management, FP&A, business analysis, supply chain finance, consulting, or similar.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial and operational data and convert it into actionable insights.

- Strong proficiency with data tools and reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, ERP systems, etc.).

- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scenario models, or insight-driven reporting products.

- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to explain complex information to non technical audiences.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
