Workday Integration Developer

We are seeking a Workday Application Developer to support and enhance Workday HCM and Financial systems. The ideal candidate will build integrations, develop reports, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and business processes.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST).

- Configure business processes, calculated fields, and validations.

- Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and automated distributions.

- Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

- Document configurations, workflows, and data flows.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams on system enhancements.

- Support end users and manage change requests.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 2+ years of Workday or enterprise system support experience.

Preferred Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

- Experience with HCM, Payroll, and Financial modules.

- Workday implementation or post-production support experience.

- Workday certifications a plus.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
