Responsibilities

- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications.

- Utilize various welding techniques including Stick welding and FCAW to join metal parts effectively.

- Operate machinery such as press brake machines for shaping metal parts.

- Perform machining tasks using hand tools, micrometers, and calipers for precise measurements.

- Execute pipe threading operations as required for specific projects.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently.

- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process.

Skills

- Proficiency in soldering techniques and welding processes.

- Experience with machining tools and equipment.

- Strong understanding of measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.

- Familiarity with pipe threading methods and equipment.

- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively.

- Knowledge of fabrication processes including the use of press brake machines.

- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
