Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fitting metal components according to blueprints and specific instructions.

Duties:

- Weld and fabricate metal components using various techniques

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and assembly of welded structures.

- Measure and inspect completed workpieces to verify conformance to specifications using tools like micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments.

- Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, cranes, and other machinery necessary for the job.

- Build structures by cutting, fitting, and welding metal components together.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter or similar role.

- Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

- Experience in fabricating metal structures with precision.

- Familiarity with using hand tools such as grinders, saws, drills, etc.

- Knowledge of crane operation for material handling is a plus.
