Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist

Welding and grinding experience is required to apply! Minimum Job Requirements/Key Skills:

- Minimum of 1 year welding/fabrication experience 

- Must be able to read a tape measure and utilize manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to band saws, mig welders, chop saws, and grinders

-Verify dimensions and quantities to match fabrication specifications

- Ability to follow work order instructions

- Maintain equipment and keep work area clean

- Able to work in a team environment

- Knowledge of and ability to apply standard shop practice and procedure

- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met

- Must perform all work in accordance with all safety procedures

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Sense of urgency, eye for quality, and attention to detail

- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm with optional 5:00am to 1:30pm work week after 90-day training period

Supplemental pay types:

-Bonus pay

Responsibilities:

- Operate power tools and hand tools to assemble, fabricate, and repair products

- Read and interpret spec sheets, and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly

- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications

- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools

- Ability to read and interpret diagrams, and spec sheets

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
