The Water Distribution Trainer has shared responsibility for developing coursework and delivering training to new and existing employees. Maintains appropriate training records and coordinates with the Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) group as appropriate. Responsible for on-boarding construction and maintenance staff. May act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or may have responsibilities for finding SMEs in furthering training objectives.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have formal supervisory responsibilities over other employees.
