A Brief Overview
Under the general direction of the Training Manager, this position is responsible for designing, reviewing, evaluating, and instructing the training needed for Distribution Operators and Dispatchers to operate the ADMS/OMS Systems safely, efficiently, and competently. Also supports and informs Operators on operating standards in compliance with PJM regulations, PUCO, plus company safety and operating standards. The position works Monday–Friday. Other duties or support may be needed as necessary (e.g., may involve after-hours, weekend, and 24/7 work for storm support).
