Specific Job Requirements

•

Champion and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment inside and outside of the warehouse and plant.

•

Perform ongoing cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy throughout the year.

•

Maintain systems for accurate inventory tracking, including updating part descriptions, quantities, and storage locations.

•

Oversee and coordinate warehouse logistics operations, including inventory control, transportation, and on-time delivery of goods to support overall business objectives.

•

Request quotes from vendors and manage inventory reordering based on usage patterns and stock levels.

•

Monitor and manage cost accounts for all departments, ensuring accurate allocation and reporting of expenses.

•

Ensure parts are correctly charged out of inventory based on picklists, verifying alignment with appropriate accounts and cost centers.

•

Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Manager, and Electrical Department to ensure required parts are available when needed.

•

Source and procure rare or specialized parts required for maintenance, production, or operational needs.

•

Investigate and resolve part discrepancies in coordination with vendors to maintain accurate records and supplier accountability.

•

Receive incoming materials at the plant, verifying shipments against purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
