Responsibilities

- · Ability to safely package, labeling, and documentation of product and paperwork.

· Operating degreasing equipment

· Manufacturing skids and boxes as required.

· Operate various shears.

· Fabrication experience operating a press brake

· Deburring manual/automatic equipment

· Leveling cell operations

· Follow work instructions, travelers, and quality standards.

· Adhering to all safety policies, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.

· Communicating issues related to quality, safety, or equipment to supervisor.

· Participate in Lean continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or manufacturing environments with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 systems

- Valid certification for heavy equipment operation including reach truck, forklift, crane, order picker, and pallet jack; OSHA safety training preferred

- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely and perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting when needed

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus; ability to work on first shift with flexibility for overtime as needed

- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly; comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
