Warehouse Associate - 2nd shift

Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment such as overhead hoist to safely perform pneumatic testing on assemblies, move materials.

- Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while adhering to OSHA safety standards to prevent injuries and maintain a safe work environment

- Manage materials handling tasks including pallet jack operation, load & unload activities, and stacking inventory efficiently

- Operate various hand tools, cutting saws, grinders while preparing materials for production

- Reading job travelers to determine material needed, material location

- Support warehouse supervision by ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures during shift activities

- Maintain clean and organized work space(s)

- Reliable and prompt in attendance

- Effectively communicate verbally & written skills

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds

- Ability to work in various departments during the scheduled shift

Experience

- Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in manufacturing or construction environments

- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations is required

- Mechanical knowledge or experience with materials handling tools contributes to smooth workflow management

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude

- Ability to stand for 10 + hours

Shift is Monday thru Thursday 2:30pm-1am. Will train on 1st shift for 30 days 8am-4:30pm
