SPIE Industrial Services, USA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations and ensure the smooth flow of materials, equipment, and supplies. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST. Candidates must reside in the West Houston/Katy, TX area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

- Oversee the ordering, issuing, and tracking of PPE, ensuring compliance with company safety requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

- Develop and improve processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and organization.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

- Ensure warehouse safety standards are upheld at all times.

- Supervise, train, and lead warehouse staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager is required.

- Shipping and receiving experience is mandatory.

- Familiarity with industrial services PPE and manufacture's inspection requirements a plus.

- Logistics and supply chain experience is helpful.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Must live in the West Houston/Katy, TX area.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
