Warehouse Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. This is an hourly position. Pay is commensurate to experience.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

- Coordinate production planning and demand planning activities to meet customer requirements.

- Develop and manage budgets for warehouse operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance levels.

- Utilize warehouse management systems to monitor inventory levels and optimize storage solutions.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehousing and distribution.

- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and procurement to streamline operations.

Key Skills:

- Oilfield knowledge – prior experience in, or around, the oil and gas industry is strongly preferred

- Operation of warehouse equipment – prior experience using a forklift is strongly preferred

- Physical stamina – this role is physically demanding

- Team player – our company works closely with one another daily to provide best-in-class service to our valued customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.91 - $25.59 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
