How You’ll Make an Impact

- Maintain a safe and compliant warehouse environment

- Lead and coach warehouse staff to meet performance goals

- Oversee receiving, cycle counting, and shipping processes

- Optimize inventory flow and logistics scheduling

- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics

- Organize storage areas and maintain handling equipment

- Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations

Your Background

- 3–5 years of experience in warehousing and shipping

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Proven leadership and supervisory skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
