Job Overview: Must be able to work any shift from 5am-7pm

The Warehouse Clerk will receive items/products for the property and deliver them to the appropriate department. In this position one shall be responsible for the deliveries to/from the warehouse and assists in inventory counts as needed and keeps the warehouse clean/orderly. The Warehouse Clerk acts as the receiving/warehouse agent on behalf of Wind Creek Hospitality in accordance with the Internal Controls, Tribal policies and procedures, and Tribal Gaming Regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Takes part in daily, cycle, and month end inventory

- Processes requisitions, transfers and prepares fill orders for distribution

- Inputs data to applicable inventory/purchasing software

- Performs daily recaps and generates assigned reports

- Adheres to warehouse standard operating procedure manual for warehouse department

- Monitors inventory levels and manages these assets to achieve appropriate stock levels and ordering schedules

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)

- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment

- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older

- One (1) year warehouse/receiving experience- preferred

- Experience with computerized inventory/purchasing systems- preferred

- Ability to become skilled using current inventory system within 60 days of hire date as a condition of continued employment

- Ability to use all equipment associated with the position including manual and powered pallet jack, fork lift, hand truck, cart, and electronic scale

- Must have and maintain valid state-issued operator driver's license Ability to stand for extended period of times and climb ladders

- Must be able to lift and/or move parcels and packages weighting 50 lbs.

- Must be able to work in a harsh environment - freezers, coolers, etc

- Must be able to endure outside elements/conditions - heat, cold, wind, rain, etc

- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required

- Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position

- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
