- 5+ years leading business development, sales, or account management – preferably in soil or water remediation.
- Deep understanding of remediation technologies like bioremediation, soil washing, and groundwater treatment, plus a solid grasp of environmental regulations.
- Proven success closing deals, forging powerful partnerships, and smashing revenue targets.
- Top-tier communication and negotiation skills to engage clients, regulators, and internal teams with authenticity and authority.
