The VP of Sales in collaboration with Business Unit Sales Leaders is responsible for development of a passionate and results driven sales team committed to delivering customers with outstanding experiences. The VP of Sales will focus on continually improving the nationwide sales team through strategy development, leading the development and implementation of standard work, ensuring successful execution of account strategies and sales, and actively participating as a productive member of the CBS NA LT.


Job Responsibilities

- Collaborates with Business Unit Managers and Sales Leaders in the Development of annual sales plans in support of CBS NA strategy objectives.

- Direct implementation and execution of sales policies, processes and procedures in collaboration with Business Unit Sales Leaders.

- Creates and continually improves standardized work processes and procedures for sales and account management process in collaboration with Business Unit Sales Leaders.

- Leads team using standardized work processes and KPI Management in collaboration with Business Unit Sales Leaders.

- Collaborates effectively with Marketing to align sales and marketing strategies and processes.

- Supports team in developing and maintaining strategic account plans. Guide, manage and hold teams accountable to successfully executing their respective account strategies.

- Leadership of national account sales team and indirect leadership for all other sales team members within CBS NA.

- Collaborates and works effectively with the company’s senior management team, actively participates in senior team meetings and contributes to the company’s strategic planning and strategic deployment process.

The core components of success are (i.e. must haves):

- Bachelor’s Degree - Required

- At least 10 years’ experience successfully leading and managing teams - Required

- 5 years’ experience in Energy Services – Required

- 3 years of management experience - Required
