MagShield delivers magnetic pre-filtration solutions that boost reliability and extend component life in heavy equipment and industrial hydraulic systems, reducing unplanned downtime and operating costs across mining, construction, aggregates, and related sectors.
Take ownership of the Ontario/Eastern Canada territory with a strong focus on mining and heavy industrial accounts. Build a pipeline, win new customers, and expand within existing ones. This is a hands-on, field-focused role requiring disciplined pipeline management, regular customer visits, and close collaboration with dealers, OEMs, and end users.
- Drive new business development and expand existing accounts across Ontario/Eastern Canada.
- Prospect, qualify, and lead customer meetings/demos; maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Build territory and account plans aligned with quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and ROI/business cases with support from Sales/Technical teams.
- Coordinate product trials/pilots and capture results (e.g., oil analysis, condition monitoring insights).
- Engage directly with mining, construction, and industrial customers, as well as OEM dealers and distributors.
- Keep CRM data accurate and current (activities, pipeline stages, forecasts, next steps).
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and timely follow-ups.
- Represent MagShield at selected industry events and trade shows in the region.
- Report weekly on KPIs (meetings, pipeline health, forecast confidence).
- 3–6 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally with direct exposure to mining or heavy equipment industries (hydraulics, filtration, MRO, or related sectors).
- Ability to learn and credibly discuss maintenance/reliability topics and hydraulic system basics.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Structured territory management and CRM discipline (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Insightly).
- Valid Canadian driver’s licence and passport; willing to travel extensively (up to 50%), primarily within Ontario/Eastern Canada, with occasional international travel.
- French language skills are an asset.- Base salary: CAD $90K–$110K (depending on experience) + uncapped commission + performance bonus. - First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): CAD $140K–$160K+, with significant upside as territory growth builds year over year.
