- Coordinates and maintains various schedules, creates and modifies various documents. Evaluates specific project requirements and develops schedules accordingly. Assists in negotiating prices and ordering of material, equipment and subcontractors.
- Accounting experience highly preferred
- A valid Driver's License is required; ability to obtain appropriate certifications, licenses, or registration as required by the position
- Applicant must work well with others, by socially adapt, and be able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in utilities preferred, but not required
- Develops a schedule, start-up documents and also processes those documents
- Develops a schedule of values
- Develops and maintains Shop Drawing Submittal Log
- Prepares Shop Drawing Submittals
- Assists in producing pay applications and monitors project budget
- Log and maintain project photos accordingly
- Help maintain Red Line Drawings
- Maintain daily logs
- Prepares Final Close Out Documents
- Performs a variety of related work, as required
