We are looking for a Project Administrator I for our Kapolei, HI location.

The Project Administrator I provides administration support for projects/programs within an assigned Region or Division and performs general office duties. The Project Administrator I will develop a basic understanding of the business and project context in a way to understand project /program components, while supporting the principles of Henkels & McCoy’s Project Management Methodology (PMM).

Responsibilities:

Under direct guidance, the Project Administrator I contributes to the support of the Project Team by gathering, inputting and tracking project related data. This role also provides administrative support for billing, accounts payable, procurement, payroll and project control activities.

The Project Administrator I will aid in ensuring that team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy. The ideal candidate will lead by example in an environment that fosters trust and candor, will maintain personal accountability, and will communicate assertively and constructively.

Other responsibilities include assistance in researching and troubleshooting data issues.

Qualifications:

- General office administration experience

- Experienced in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)

- Basic problem-solving skills

Minimum Educational Background:

HS Diploma or equivalent

Wage Range

$36,000.00 - $54,000.00 Yearly Salary
