✅ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for internet, IPTV, streaming video, and phone services.
✅ Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with a focus on customer satisfaction.
✅ Work in a professional office setting with opportunities for a work-from-home arrangement if criteria are met.
✅ Operate in a 24/7/365 call center—must be available to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.
✅ Collaborate with teams to improve processes and find long-term solutions.
🔸 1+ year of experience in a technical support environment.
🔸 Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Apple OS, mobile OS, and smart home devices.
🔸 Ability to manage multiple cases and provide clear documentation.
🔸 A can-do attitude and adaptability to new technology and procedures.
