Job Overview
We are seeking Full time/ Part time IT Support Tier 1 area. The individual will be dedicated to service our client in Dallas, TX area. This is NOT a remote work, attendance in-person is required.
The ideal candidate will have a background in IT/computer support and a passion for helping others resolve their technical challenges. Communication skills is very important.
Responsibilities includes (not limited to)
•Provide first-level support for IT-related issues via help desk ticketing systems.
•Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to operating systems.
•Assist users with VPN connectivity issues and ensure secure remote access.
•Maintain and support computer networking components to ensure optimal performance.
•Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system to improve knowledge sharing.
•Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance IT infrastructure efficiency.
•Conduct regular maintenance checks on hardware and software systems.
•Educate users on best practices for technology use and security protocols.
Ideal Candidates
•Computer degree/Certification/Experience
•College student (3rd/4th year) majoring in computer related subject
•Knowledge & experience in IT support
•Good communication skills & personality
•Able to commit to a set schedule. Monday to Friday, morning or afternoon shifts, or full time.
Note: we consider both Part Time & Full Time.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
