Job Title: Business Development Representative – Field Services Location: Oklahoma SCOOP/STACK (El Reno area)
About Us: Elite Energy Services delivers fire tube inspections and cathodic protection solutions that prevent costly failures before they happen. We've completed 33,000+ scans across nine states, helping operators avoid downtime and extend asset life through data-driven insights.
The Role: Drive Elite's expansion into Oklahoma's SCOOP/STACK by building relationships with operators who need reliable inspection and maintenance services. This is a hunter role for someone who can open doors with production and facilities teams, identify field-level opportunities, and convert technical conversations into new business partnerships.
· Proactively identify and pursue new customer relationships across SCOOP/STACK operators
· Focus conversations around fire tube inspections, MFL scanning, and cathodic protection services
· Surface opportunities where operators need reliable, professional service partners
· Coordinate with internal teams for quotes, proposals, and project delivery
· Maintain consistent CRM activity and pipeline tracking
· Represent Elite with professionalism and urgency in field visits and meetings
· 3+ years selling technical services to oil and gas operators
· Strong relationships with SCOOP/STACK production and facilities teams
· Comfortable explaining complex services and their operational benefits
· Independent work style with proven ability to hit targets
· Hunter mentality - thrives on opening new accounts and building pipelines
· $70K-$90K base salary + performance incentives (targeting $120K+ total compensation)
· Vehicle allowance provided (reliable pickup truck required)
· Home/field-based with 2 days per week at El Reno office for team coordination
