Core Responsibilities* Review training requirements by Construction Department for generation of required classes and hours by job title.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience* Bachelor's Degree and Minimum of 2 years of work experience In Operations Management or Construction Management or Learning & Development or related or

Preferred Education/Experience* Bachelor's Degree Business Management or related. and Minimum of 2 years of work experience In Operations Management or Construction Management or Learning & Development or related

Relevant Work Experience* Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, must be a 'Self-Starter', have strong oral and written communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Required

Skills and Abilities* Strong verbal communication and listening skills

Licenses and Certifications* Driver's License Required

Physical Demands* Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday

Additional Physical Demands* Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
