About the Role:
Seeking individuals with experience in adult learning, training technical topics, procedure writing, and records review. This employee will develop and coordinate in-person and computer-based training programs; develop training modules and supplemental testing/certification/qualification evaluations (as applicable); develop reports and training dashboards; and conduct QA/QC training audits. The most successful candidate is one that can learn and demonstrate the technical and regulatory aspects of utility operations including electric, fiber, gas, water, and wastewater. Strong organizational, analytical, and IT skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities, passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to work within a team. May require beyond normal business hours or standby support to programs.
Qualifications Physical Requirements:
Works primarily in an office setting, but regular field visits and activities are required. These field visits may include: emergency response activities and support beyond normal business hours, lifting, and mobility over rough terrain. Requires bending, stooping, lifting, and working in awkward and strenuous positions at times.
