Traffic Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Traffic Supervisor for our Lansdale, PA facility.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating daily shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders:

· Utilize BlueStreak software to track orders, confirm billing readiness, and process shipments.

· Review purchase orders for shipping instructions and coordinate with customers when instructions are missing or unclear

· Generate bill of lading (BOLs) and packing documentation as needed

· Identify and document nonconformance’s, communicate discrepancies with customers

· Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including required documentation (packing slips, invoices, customs paperwork).

· Schedule carriers, generate shipping labels, and track shipments (including updating PRO numbers in the system).

· Maintain COD shipments, ensuring orders are released only after payment is received

· Maintain accurate records, including carrier accounts, customer contacts, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.

· Scan and file signed packing slips and BOLs, and maintain organized electronic records

· Monitor shipping areas to ensure compliance with security standards, including maintaining visitor logs

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to work independently and be productive without supervision

· Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to work independently without supervision

Education and Experience:

· College degree preferred, or 1-3 years of relevant experience

· Hands-on experience with Electronic Resource Planning (ERP)
